Volunteering opportunities at events

We need CPRE members to assist in manning stands when we attend events.

What does the role involve?

• Working with members of staff, Trustees, and other volunteers at local events.
• Talking to members of the public about our work and answering any questions they have.
• Encouraging people to join the CPRE.
• Helping to set up and pack away at events.
• Keeping up to date with the charity’s news, information and developments.

You are likely to need to follow a small amount of basic paperwork and also to handle small amounts of money securely. 

You will need to contact your motor insurer to make them aware you are a volunteer for CPRE Wiltshire.

What skills or experience are required?

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, organised, confident and motivated.
• Work as part of a team.
